About Robert Dunlap Sr.

My name is Robert Dunlap Sr., and at my core, I’m a husband, a father, a coach, and a builder of people.

I’ve spent over 20 years working with youth through football — not just to build better athletes, but to help shape confident, disciplined, and motivated young people. I’m blessed to be a husband to an amazing wife and a father to two incredible boys who inspire everything I do, on and off the field.

Throughout my coaching journey, I’ve helped players reach the next level — from youth ball to college to the NFL. But what means the most to me is helping a kid find their confidence, learn how to lead, and become someone others can count on — both on the field and in life.

I’ve rebuilt struggling programs, mentored countless athletes, and led championship teams. But more than anything, I’ve stayed committed to the idea that football is a tool for life. It’s how we teach character, discipline, and how to bounce back after a tough day.

That’s why I created this website.

Not just to sell a course — but to build a platform for coaches, parents, and players to grow together. Whether it’s through training programs, coaching resources, events, or just sharing what I’ve learned along the way, my goal is simple: to make youth football better, more intentional, and more fun.

This site is for the culture. For the community. For the kids.
